Merton Gershun for Dillingham Esprit Walnut Nightstand – Mid-Century Modern Side Table with Open Shelf

This authentic mid-century modern walnut nightstand was designed by Merton Gershun for the Dillingham "Esprit" collection circa 1960. It features the original stamped maker's mark inside the drawer. The cabinet is constructed with an inwardly-beveled "picture frame" walnut casing and showcases a prominent natural wood grain. It includes a top storage drawer with the line's signature black-finished solid wood "smile" pull handle, an open lower storage cubby, and tapered legs. This versatile piece functions exceptionally well as a bedroom nightstand or a living room end table.
