This matching pair of mid century modern nightstands was manufactured likely in the 1960s and marked with model number B5180-67-270 and the designation N-Table on the back panel.
Constructed from walnut with richly grained veneer, these nightstands exemplify the sculptural styling and craftsmanship of American post war-design.
Each piece features two deep drawers with curved, sculpted drawer fronts, accented by butterfly shaped inlaid details in darker wood. The drawer faces are subtly contoured, adding dimensionality to the otherwise clean-lined rectangular form. Integrated pulls preserve the minimalist aesthetic. Tapered legs and a recessed stretcher base complete the design.
Stamped J-74-WAL.RSS, indicating walnut finish and production code, these nightstands retain their original finish with attractive patina.
